These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bajii365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the bajii365 website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting markets, live casino, fishing games, keno, and any other products made available through the Platform.

• Money Laundering: Using bajii365 to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds. bajii365 has a zero-tolerance policy on money laundering and will report suspicious account activity to the relevant authorities.
• Multiple Account Operation: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account, as described in Section 3 of these Terms.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain unfair winnings. Players who identify an error are expected to notify support rather than exploit it.
• Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward bajii365 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

bajii365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage gambling.
• At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion applied through the Platform's responsible gaming tools.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require the Platform to restrict access.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your bajii365 account at any time by contacting the support team via 24/7 live chat or by emailing support@bajii365. Upon voluntary closure of a verified account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method within 3–5 business days.

Involuntary Closure: Where an account is closed by bajii365 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance, pending withdrawals, and bonus balances may be forfeited in their entirety depending on the severity of the breach. bajii365 will notify the account holder of the reason for closure unless doing so would compromise an ongoing fraud or AML investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajii365 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from gambling activity, including losing streaks, unsuccessful bets, or negative session outcomes.
• Loss of data, account access, or game session progress due to technical failures, server outages, or third-party service disruptions.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Financial losses resulting from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other provider).
• Any indirect loss arising from changes to game availability, market suspension, or promotion withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bajii365's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. bajii365's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bajii365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to Platform features or payment methods, updated responsible gaming obligations, or any other operational requirements of the business.

Notification of Changes: Where a material change is made to these Terms, bajii365 will notify registered players via a platform notification displayed on login, or by email to the address registered on the account. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions, typographical corrections, or formatting updates) may be made without prior notification.

Continued Use as Acceptance: Your continued use of bajii365 following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Governing Language: These Terms are published in English. English is the authoritative language of this document. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English language version shall prevail.
